Meetings are usually held monthly by the commission. The date and meeting place are tentative and subject to change, please check back closer to time for confirmation.
The meeting will take place at the MCOTA (Miss. Conservation Officers' Training Academy), located at Holmes County State Park.
The EDUCATIONAL SESSION will begin at 1 p.m. and no action is taken by the Commission at this session as it is for information only.
The BUSINESS SESSION will begin at 2 p.m. Action will be taken by the Commission on items placed on the BUSINESS SESSION agenda. An agenda will be posted on the website under ADMINISTRATION/COMMISSION/AGENDA.
Commission meetings are open to the general public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
Any person who would like to comment to the Commission about a specific BUSINESS SESSION agenda item must make a written request to the Executive Director at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Speakers will be limited to three to five minutes each and number of speakers may be limited. Only items on the BUSINESS SESSION agenda are considered for action by the Commission.
