Lake Bill Waller
Monday, March 20, 2017 11:55 AM
Bass fishing is quickly escalating as they continue to bed.
Multiple anglers caught their limit on bass over the weekend.
Anglers fishing for bass should try near their beds on soft
plastics or jerkbaits, watermelon seed and junebug are colors of
choice. Try for bream around deeper structures along the shorelines
in 6 ft of water or less using crickets or red worms. Crappie are
are being caught near the piers. Spinning jigs and minnows seems to
be the best bet. Catfish are being caught with hot dogs and liver
fished on the bottom.
Water Temp: 65°F
Visibility: 36 in.
