Welcome to Wildlife Issues, a newsletter published periodically by wildlife biologists with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks (MDWFP). The primary goal of this publication is to give us another tool to share timely information with anyone interested in the management of our State's wildlife resources. The first edition was mailed to individuals or hunting clubs cooperating with the MDWFP in the Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP), Wild Turkey Management Program, Spring Gobbler Hunting Survey and the Bobwhite Quail Hunter Survey.
