JACKSON - Enjoy a beautiful evening at MDWFP’s Mississippi Museum of Natural Science during “Birdsong and Bluegrass” on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 4 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Alan Sibley and the Magnolia Ramblers, Bill Ellison and Temperance Babcock of MPB’s Grassroots fame, and Bryan Ledford and the Accumulators will entertain visitors with classic folk and traditional bluegrass. Food will be available for purchase from the Pig-n-Pint. “Good food, good music, and birdsong. What a great way to celebrate spring!” says Museum Director Charles Knight.

- Create a sidewalk chalk bird mural with the guidance of artists.
- Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to enjoy the outdoor music.
