This lecture will focus on the “art” of taking scientifically useful lateral photographs of live fish in a photo tank.
Native Mississippi fishes photographed with this technique will be shown with explanations of their ecology.
Additionally, this talk will focus on recent conservation work done with our native diminutive catfishes, the Piebald Madtom and Frecklebelly Madtom.
