Mississippi's soil holds many
secrets to the past. Jill Smith, Director of the Union County
Heritage Museum in New Albany, MS, will visit the North Mississippi
Fish Hatchery Visitor Education Center and present a program on
unique fossil finds in Union County. The Heritage Museum collects,
researches, and preserves artifacts and materials as they relate to
this county's heritage. If you are fascinated with fossils and want
to learn more about creatures that no longer walk the earth, mark
your calendar!
Program is free with price of admission. If you have any questions please call the NMFH Visitor Education Center at (662) 563 - 8068.
