The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks
(MDWFP) Visitor Education Center (VEC) adjacent to Enid Lake will
host week-long programs for Spring Breakers on "Feathered Fish
This program gives young people the opportunity to learn about
feathered creatures seen around Enid Lake feeding on fish.
Participants will learn about ospreys, pelicans, green herons, blue
herons and more. Replica skulls and eggs of some of these predators
will be available for youth to handle during the program.
The program is free with price of admission. Admission is $2.50
for adults ages 18-59, and $2.00 for youth ages 3-17 and adults
