NMFH Tree ID Program

Presenting this program is Brady Self who completed his graduate work at MSU, and is now the Northwest Mississippi Extension Forestry Specialist with the Department of Forestry at Mississippi State. The tree identification course is for anyone interested in learning how to identify trees. The program will consist of a short presentation and a hands-on field tour of the trees located around the North Mississippi Fish Hatchery and Visitor Education Center. The hands-on portion will aid participants in learning about the more common tree species in the area.
