Playing with Plastic

Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! The North Mississippi Fish Hatchery Visitor Education Center (NMFH VEC) adjacent to Enid Lake will host a "Playing with Plastic" program on Saturday, October 5th at 2:00 PM. Participants will learn how to make various items such as watering cans, bird houses, and trinket boxes for the teacher! All items are created from plastic bottles, jugs, and other containers normally ending in a landfield.

This program is for the young and young at heart who are interested in crafty ideas that help keep our earth green. Easy-to-follow instructions and hands-on help are provided.
