Good food, good music, and birdsong: a great way to enjoy spring! Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to enjoy the outdoor music.

Take a guided nature walk, listen to bluegrass music, explore hands-on birding activities, see a spectacular live birds of prey program, and create a sidewalk chalk bird mural with the guidance of artists as part of our celebration of International Migratory Bird Day.

Food will be available for purchase from Pig-n-Pint.

Musicians: Alan Sibley and the Magnolia Ramblers, Bill Ellison and Temperance Babcock of MPB's Grassroots fame, and Bryan Ledford & the Accumulators will entertain you with classic folk and traditional bluegrass.

This event is also scout-friendly. Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi who attend will meet requirements toward their IMBD patch and Cub Scouts will meet requirements for the Naturalist Badge.

Regular museum admission applies. Museum Members are FREE. Become a Member today!
