"Up Close with Under-Appreciated Models: Some Thoughts on Herp Photography"

Robert's formal training is in forest and wildlife management, but he has carried a camera in the field for the last 27 years photographing our natural world. He has been published in many magazines, books, and calendars and has led nature photography workshops throughout the southeastern US.
He will talk about reptiles and amphibians as photographic subjects, helpful gear, and photographic techniques. While the program will focus on photographing reptiles and amphibians, the techniques presented will work on any number of smaller subjects, including flowers.
