Meetings are usually held monthly by the Commission. The date and meeting place are tentative and subject to change, please check back closer to time for confirmation.
The January Commission Meeting will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in the Donelson Room at The Cotton House Hotel, located at 215 Cotton Row, Cleveland, MS 38732. There will be a live audio/video stream of the BUSINESS SESSION and a link will be provided on the MDWFP website 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
There will be a 10 AM EDUCATIONAL SESSION on Chronic Wasting Disease and the BUSINESS SESSION will begin at 11 AM. Action will be taken by the Commission on items placed on the BUSINESS SESSION agenda. An agenda will be posted on the website.
This meeting will be open to the general public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
Any person who would like to comment to the Commission about a specific BUSINESS SESSION agenda item must make a written request to the Executive Director. Speakers will be limited to three to five minutes each and number of speakers may be limited. Only items on the Business Session agenda are considered for action by the Commission.
