What was once a catfish farm before being purchased by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, is now known as the Muscadine Farms Wildlife Management Area (WMA).  Muscadine Farms is a 2,800-acre property located south of Greenville, MS, and offers high quality waterfowl habitat.

Muscadine has 90 ponds that have water control structures allowing for moist-soil management. Moist-soil management is the practice of managing and manipulating the land to stimulate desirable plants and invertebrates that are a critical part of waterfowl diets.
