Livingston/Windham WMA is located in Smith and Scott Counties near Forest. Livingston/Windham North Headquarters: From I-20, Exit 88: Take Hwy 35 south approx. ΒΌ mile and turn right onto West Moore Tower Road. Headquarters is approximately 1 mile on left. Livingston/Windham South Headquarters: From I-20, Exit 80: Take Hwy 481 south approximately 10 miles and turn right on CR 563. Go approximately 1.5 miles and turn right at headquarters entrance sign.
