Fishing Report - Updated 11/20/24

Boat lanes have been cut to allow for easier access to different parts of the lake, but be aware that IDLE SPEED IS REQUIRED in these areas.  Channels are marked with red/green markers for main channels and gold markers for side channels.

BassBass fishing has been fair. Bass have yet to settle into seasonal patterns. Try focusing on creek channels and areas with shad. Chatter baits, flukes, crankbaits, and jerk baits could be good options to imitate shad.
Crappie Crappie fishing has been fair. The crappie are still lethargic but determined anglers can still catch some fish. Fish slow and focus on the creek channels with minnows and jigs. Look for fish suspended on brush piles.
BreamBream fishing has been slow. Try targeting brush piles and laydowns along the bank with crickets and worms.
Catfish Catfishing has been good. Nice sized catfish are being consistently caught off of main lake points. Angler reports suggest that kool-aid soaked chicken breast has been the best bait choice recently.
