Fishing Report - Updated 6/25/24
Bass | Bass fishing has been fair. Top water baits fished along the shoreline in the early morning and evening should produce some fish. As temperatures rise, in the middle of the day, transition to fishing deeper cover with jigs and soft plastics. |
Crappie | Crappie fishing has been slow. Try targeting drop-offs and cover in deeper water with minnows or jigs. |
Bream | Bream fishing is good. Try targeting bream on structure in deeper waters with crickets and redworms |
Catfish | Catfishing has been slow. Anglers should be targeting catfish along creek ledges and deep structure. Chicken liver or worms should be good choices for bait. Fishing later in the evening or at night may produce better results. |
